Villa Mat - 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool
Rua Mat Villas consists of two homes, Villa Rua and Villa Mat. Each villa measures 150 sq.m. and can easily accommodate up to 10 persons – an accommodation capacity ideal for large groups of friends! Entering a villa through its main entrance, we find the living room (which features a double sofa-bed and has a view of the swimming pool), the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Each villa has three bedrooms; two are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower and can comfortably sleep 3-4 persons each. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool, and all three have access to the veranda.
The Villas’ outdoor areas are the epitome of luxury; each villa has a private swimming pool, the water of which comes from a waterfall on the wall. There are also sunbeds, parasols, built BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
Finally, there is also a reception, to help you with anything you may require!
